NBA 2K26 Misc

Misc is how you keep your setup and how you keep it off a stream: saved profiles for Park, Rec, and MyCareer, and a streamproof overlay for captures.

Misc controls

  • Create Config

    Starts a new named profile from the current menu state, including main options and attribute sliders.

  • Load Config

    Applies a saved profile so every toggle and slider returns to the values you stored under that name.

  • Save Config

    Writes the current menu state over an existing profile or confirms a new name after you have made changes.

  • Delete Config

    Removes a saved profile from the list. It does not reset the live menu until you load something else.

  • Streamproof overlay

    Meant to keep menu drawings off common capture outputs. Timing helpers and the menu should not appear in OBS or Streamlabs. Test your own setup. The match itself still records.

Configs: keeping what works in Park and Rec

The config system makes the rest of the menu practical. Once you have a setup that works in Park or Rec, save it under a name. Most people keep at least two: one with Auto Green only and one with a finished attribute build for Rec.

Create config when you are starting fresh. Save config when you have tweaked an existing profile. Load config before you queue. Delete config when a test profile did not work out. The config guide has naming ideas so park-testing and rec-main are not the same file.

After a patch, check the Status page before loading anything. A saved config is your settings, not a build. It does not make an old file current when the label is RED.

Streamproof overlay

Streamproof mode is meant to keep timing helpers and the menu off common capture outputs. Your Park or Rec gameplay still records.

It is not a spoofer, and it does not hide the game itself. Test OBS or Streamlabs on your PC before you go live.

What misc does not include

There is no spoofer, no FPS unlocker, and no macro recorder on the published list. Misc is these five controls.
